SYDNEY, Australia — World Mosaic was engaged to conduct a high-level review of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the Actuaries Institute, Australia’s peak professional body for the actuarial profession. The review applied World Mosaic’s Human Centred Design lens: starting with the learner, understanding the ecosystem and its stakeholders, then designing experiences that genuinely lift capability.
