Launched supply teacher placement app, TeacherIn, in the UK

In 2016-2017, World Mosaic’s UK and Australian teams assisted an Australian company, ClassCover Pty Ltd, take their disruptive teacher placement app to schools and school systems in the UK. With World Mosaic’s assistance, TeacherIn was established in the UK within months with customers, a leading school system reference site, national stakeholder awareness briefings, promotional events, channel partnerships and a prestigious BETT Innovation award all in place.  Mosaic supported TeacherIn product marketing localisation, pricing strategy and competitor analysis, enabling TeacherIn to more effectively compete in a UK agency-dominated environment that is quite different to other places such as Australia. TeacherIn is now established in London, growing in the UK.

Developed international K-12 Market Plan for Curriculum Corporation government initiative

From 2007-2009, Mosaic supported Curriculum Corporation, now Education Services Australia, in market research and pricing model development for their Le@rning Federation eContent offering. The Learning Federation was an initiative of the governments of Australia and New Zealand, possibly the world’s largest government K-12 learning object repositories (2007-9).

Developed education marketing plan for high-end storage infrastructure giant – Hitachi Data Systems (HDS)

Mosaic developed a statewide K-12 marketing plan for high-end storage infrastructure giant – HDS. Mosaic worked with HDS US and Australian executives and conducted interiews and focus groups with education department CTO’s regarding HDS’s virtualization solutions, defining market requirements, messages and opportunities for HDS. (2009)

Developed a Middle East K-12 marketing plan for technology services company

Mosaic conceptualised and delivered market research, communications and qualified business opportunieties for a Gulf States education technology services provider, Edutech,  based in Dubai. Mosaic asisted the regional company’s engagement with regional ministries of education in relation to the K-12 education segment. (2008-9)
