DILI, Timor-Leste — World Mosaic released HAAP Portal this month: a parent early learning app and companion Timor-Leste Ministry of Education portal, delivered for local development partner Mary MacKillop Today (MMT).

HAAP answers a ministerial priority directly. Early learning gains are real but hard to monitor at a regional or national scale. The HAAP parent app puts activities and progress in families’ hands, with registration through the messaging tools they already use, while the Ministry portal turns what happens in preschools and living rooms into evidence that officials can act on — participation, reach and early learning progress, visible nationally for the first time.

Development was led by World Mosaic’s Dili and international team, working directly with Ministry and MMT counterparts through design and testing. Systems serve children best when the people who run them can see what is working.
